Returns Policy
Returns and Exchanges:
ABC Toys Australia Pty Ltd will refund (within 30 days of you receiving your purchase). Only in the following conditions:
1) The product is faulty or not of merchantable quality or
2) The product is not fit for the purpose or
3) The products does not match the supplied description.
If the product is opened or used but is faulty, unfit for the purpose, of unmerchantable quality or does not match the sample or description, ABC Toys Australia Pty Ltd will offer you an exchange voucher or refund.
Delivery Policy
ABC Toys Australia Pty Ltd will make every effort to dispatch all products within 3 working days from receipt of payment. Where this is not possible, ABC Toys Australia Pty Ltd will notify you and, unless stated otherwise, ensure that your products are delivered within 28 days from receipt of payment.
All deliveries will be made to you at the address specified by you in the order.
